HOUSE BILL NO. 96 "An Act extending the termination date of the                
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board" was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor called the Senate, then lifted the call.                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 96 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                   
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
